WORK EXPERIENCE

INTERACTIVE DESIGNER. Work with strategists, motion designers and developers to create web applications, print assets and web sites for international enterprises such as IBM and General Electric. Along with design, develop skils in HTML, CSS & Javascript. Designed the company’s 2012 website as well as several branded print materials.
May 2006–March 2012 Brooks Bell Inc. in Raleigh, NC
SENIOR DESIGNER. Development of direct marketing strategies and executions for national and international clients such as Time Warner Cable, The Wall Street Journal, and Webroot. Worked mainly in Fireworks and Photoshop to develop banner ads, landing pages, emails, and other rich media.
- Took on leadership roles including head of the company font management system, account management, and creative
direction for junior designers.
- Designed the web site and all marketing materials for the company’s annual conference, Click, for 2011 and 2012.
- Worked with the creative team to develop the company’s new brand and web site in 2011.

FREELANCE CONCERT REPORTER. Wrote journalistic concert reviews at Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre for the local online newspaper.

Proficient in working with both Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems. Work experience with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks. Experienced in HTML hand-coding with a good understanding of CSS and responsive web layouts. Familiar with Wordpress customization and PHP. Comfortable with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
Familiar with the spanish language, oral and written.
